FOUNDER
Meet Jessica Styles Lewis, Ph.D.Â
Just a girl willing to share her journey to wholeness.
I am a licensed psychologist specializing in trauma-informed care, values-based interventions, spiritual-based forms of coping, and interdisciplinary teamwork. I am a dedicated servant leader working from a holistic third-wave therapy theoretical orientation (Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). Additionally, my work focuses on developing and presenting evidence-based trainings that reflect my clinical areas of expertise. In everything I do, my goal is to help others in BECOMING the highest expression of their true selves.
I earned my Ph.D. in counseling psychology with a subspecialization in health psychology from the University of Georgia. I obtained my Master of Arts degree in psychology from Pepperdine University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from Furman University.

Before pursuing a career as a psychologist, I worked in the corporate sector for large conglomerates in New York City, including MTV Networks, and in management for Givenchy (owned by Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, LVMH). I founded The FAB (Fashion Arts Beauty) Network, a company focused on providing personal and professional development services to students and early-career professionals. I developed and implemented in-school and after-school programs for middle and high school students in the inner-city of Harlem and the Bronx. My jagged journey to discovering my purpose as a servant leader led to me researching how purpose in life, personal values, stress, and coping can shape meaning-making processes, psychological well-being, health behaviors, and health outcomes.

I am excited to become part of your healing journey as I believe living a purpose-driven life is a gift that we all deserve.
